OUR FINGERPRINT
The company name ROHAB was coined by Rochelle (aka, "Ro") and real estate investors while she managed, designed, flipped and rehabbed hundreds of properties throughout Southern California from the beach to the hills and all of the in-betweens. The properties ranged from modest to massive with rich architectural and construction styles. The investors would often say, "It's not a rehab, it's a ROHAB...do your usual ROHAB thing." Ro's properties were completed at an accelerated speed, with an artistic twist, a touch of razzle dazzle, and a lot of love and care emulating "wow factor", "pop" and "curb appeal" no matter the budget. Since ROHAB became a play on words in a positive light and related to her eclectic industry background, Ro decided to embrace it, make it her personal brand and bring her ROHAB approach to real estate investors, real estate agents and developers locally and virtually throughout the United States.
