WHAT ROHAB MEANS

The company name ROHAB was coined by Rochelle (aka “Ro”) and real estate investors while she managed, designed, flipped, and rehabbed hundreds of properties throughout Southern California — from the beach to the hills and all the in-betweens.

These properties ranged from modest to massive, with rich architectural and construction styles. Investors would often say, “It’s not a rehab, it’s a ROHAB… do your usual ROHAB thing.”

Ro’s projects were known for their accelerated timelines, artistic twists, a touch of razzle dazzle, and a whole lot of love and care — always delivering “wow factor,” “pop,” and “curb appeal,” no matter the budget.

Because ROHAB became such a positive, playful reflection of her eclectic industry background, Ro decided to embrace it fully, make it her brand, and share the ROHAB approach with real estate investors, developers, builders and business owners — both locally and virtually — across the U.S.
